La Rambla of Barcelona is the long avenue leading from Plaza de Catalunya to the foot of the statue of Columbus, a few meters from the sea.
La Rambla is the first thing everyone wants to see just set foot in Barcelona. Night and day flock here tourists and Barcelonians, street artists in search of fortune and thieves looking for victims. You can visit the Rambla from the sea, passing under the Mirador of Colombo, or from Placa de Catalunya.

In both cases do not forget to drink a sip of water at the Fountain of Canaletes (it is said that as the Trevi Fountain in Rome, ensure a new visit to Barcelona) and put you in that blaze of colors and smells that is the Rambla de les Flores, the kingdom of the florists of Barcelona.

Not far away you could find yourself in mid to a heated discussion between Barcelona fans, who gather here to celebrate the victories and comment on the defeats. There is a lot to see and do on the Rambla.
